Anna N. Sand, LCSW-S, RPT, received her master’s degree in social work from the University of Houston.
Mrs. Sand has an extensive background in working with individuals, children and families on achieving optimal mental health. She utilizes a variety of therapeutic techniques including exposure-based cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, and expressive arts, while also providing a wholistic human relationship.
Mrs. Sand will work diligently together with you to implement the specialized individual or family therapy that works best for your needs.
